| Excerpt | The individual houses consist of 47 types of flats that are simply stacked on top of each other within the same contour. As a special feature, each flat has access to its own garden on the same level, with a link to natural ground! These gardens therefore “rotate” around the house according to the number of floors, thus mobilising interior ground plans. This way, the living rooms, for instance, are not built on top of one another, which keeps unwanted views to an absolute minimum. Earth supports piled around the building help to reduce the percentage of exterior walls. |
